Thanksgiving is around the corner.  Our class loved opening each door to learn something new about being thankful!
Our classroom was filled with laughter, smiles and pride today! Miss Rosalie-Kim's Kindergarten students came up for a visit.  The Grade one's shared their Jungle Animal writing with lots of different little buddies.  We could not have been more proud of all of them!

Students weighed, measured, tasted squash and so much more! Best of all was seeing the smiles on the kids faces:)

Time to type that question and share the google doc with a grade 1/2 class in Victoria British Columbia.  We can't wait to get their answers!
Playing bingo during our special activity!
We are working hard to learn Canada's National Anthem!
Even our art project is inspired by British Columbia.  We are creating a "mystery painting" by Emily Carr (a world renown artist who was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia).

In December we shared a math challenge with Miss Rosalie-Kimm's kinder friends.  We also wrote Christmas stories with Miss Claudia's class!

Flexible Seating!

Mme Carrier are working together on an exciting project! Our classroom will have many more options for students to work sitting down on chairs, crates, and even inflatable chairs, stand, kneel, lay down, etc. The goal is to allow students to move more which will help them learn too! We want them to be comfortable while learning with flexible seating. So far the students are loving it and we are too! To learn more click on the button ``learn more``.

Mr. Odd Frog

We hope you liked our Mother's Day puns!

Playing 21 (black jack) can help your child practice their addition skills to 21.

This week, we created stories using puppets! We had fun using them to help us think of really creative stories with a clear beginning, middle and end.

Beautiful weather and beautiful friendships!

For each day in June, we pop 1 balloon per day. Inside is a special activity like....

Bubble Gum Blowing Contest!

Émeraude came in FIRST place and Florence in second!

Another activity we had was to eat lunch together outside.
